A: Cats that have finished the 84 days treatment will need to undergo an observation period for an additional 90 days, during this time their health and physical condition is monitored. If your cat does not show any further FIP related symptoms during the observation period, and the blood test results are satisfactory at the conclusion of the observation period, your cat can be considered FIP free.
