Our Refund Policy
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled before it is picked up by the shipper. Once it is picked up by the shipper, the order can not be cancelled anymore. If you wish to cancel your order, inform us immediately via chat box, email or a phone call. If the order qualifies as cancellation, we will refund 100% of the order amount, minus the transaction charges. We will not charge you for the restocking fee.
Returns Policy by Region
Due to warehouse locations and logistical constraints, we are unable to accept returns from the Middle East or certain other regions.
We encourage cat parents who may have surplus medication to consider reselling it locally or donating it to other cat owners in need within their community. Contact us to get guidance and access to our Social Media communities where you can contact other cat owners.
Refunds
We will refund your order within 48 hours if we received the cancelation request prior to shipper pick-up. We will send you a notification email of the refund amount and status. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days or less. We can only refund to the original payment method. Thus, we will not refund you cash for credit card purchases.
Disputes
Refund process generally takes approximately a few days if we didn't ship out your order. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to provide the refund. If you choose to not follow our refund protocol, and choose to dispute your payment with PayPal, the credit company, your bank or any other payment services, we will not refund your payment if we win the dispute. It takes a lot manpower and hours to answer a payment dispute case. We would rather use that time help other cat owners save their cats. Your payment to us will be used toward paying for the fees of answering your dispute case.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, and check the original charge on your bank statement. It may take up to 10 business days in some countries before your refund is officially posted. Refunds can be posted as cancellations of your original purchase in some countries, not as a credit to your account. Your credit card company should be able to inform you how the refund is applied.
If you paid via other methods such as Paypal and other cashless payment transfer systems, please contact us so we may check on the status of payment transfer back to you.
Exchanges or Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items that are damaged during shipping. Send us an email at mena@curefip.com with a message describing the situation and photos of the damaged items. We will send you replacements, once it is approved, within 24 hours.
