CureFIP™ GS-441524 30mg/ml is the most widely used formulation in our injectable range. Optimised for the standard FIP treatment protocol in adult cats weighing 2.5 to 5 kg, it covers all FIP types without neurological involvement: wet form, dry form, and ocular form.
Why 30mg/ml Is the Standard
FIP treatment dosing is determined by mg of GS-441524 per kg body weight. The 30mg/ml format simultaneously satisfies three clinical requirements across the most common adult cat weight range (2.5–5 kg):
- Injection volume remains within a clinically practical range
- Does not require excessive volumes as occurs with the 20mg/ml format
- Does not produce volumes so small that accurate measurement becomes difficult as occurs with the 40mg/ml format
This concentration delivers the most practical balance of dosing accuracy, administration ease, and therapeutic efficacy for the typical adult cat FIP case.

Administration Protocol
Standard 84-day protocol applies. Dose is calculated based on mg of GS-441524 per kg body weight. Use the dosing calculator to determine the precise dose for your cat's weight.
For cases presenting with neurological symptoms or insufficient response to GS-441524 monotherapy, consider dual antiviral therapy with EIDD-1931 (CureFIP™ Dual Antiviral Oral Capsules).
For cases presenting with anaemia, significant weight loss, or neurological involvement, consider the CureFIP™ GS-441524 + B12 30mg/ml formulation.

Just started the FIP injections, and my cat is already showing signs of improvement—more active and alert. It’s only been a few days, but I’m hopeful and encouraged by the progress so far!
